Caitlyn’s story
I have always had a passion for real estate and marketing. I was born and raised in the Central Valley of CA, where I actively sold real estate for nearly 5 years. There I gained a lot of problem solving and negotiating skills due to the fast-paced foreclosure market. My experience completing countless “Broker’s Price Opinions” for banks, asset management companies and mortgage insurance companies made me an expert in pricing homes. I also enjoy working with first time homebuyers and being part of helping them realize their dream of homeownership. In early 2012, my family and I moved across the country to Morgantown, WV to be closer to family and live in the town we fell in love with after many past visits.
